Another Playmate for Baby Sonic!


Bouvard cruises "Dancing Dolphin" has just seen another newborn dolphin calf out in the estuary younger and much smaller than baby Sonic who was only too happy to show off and play with the boat to the delight of our passengers and crew. The newest arrival wasnt shy either and mum bought him over to the boat for a quick ride under the bow giving us a rare chance to get a photo of such a young calf. If you look closely at the picture of the newborn you will notice that he has stripes down the side of his body baby dolphins have these stripes until they are about 6 weeks old.

    this calf is so cute. Oh and the calf is named Sonic. Do we get to name this one too?

    Yes we will be having a new contest to name the two new dolphins soon.
