You will find photo's, movies and information on the many dolphin encounters we have on our cruises in and around Mandurah and hope that this information helps raise awareness of Mandurah's wild dolphins. Learning to Surf!

As we headed out on our 3pm cruise we quickly spotted a pod of dolphins near the Mandurah Ocean Marina, this pod came for a quick surf next to the boat but were more interested in catching an afternoon snack so we left this pod in search of some more dolphins. As we exited the Port Mandurah Canals we spotted the mums with the baby dolphins. There were 6 dolphins altogether including the babies. The mums took the opportunity to give the calves a lesson on riding the wake of boats the calves had a great time we went a little bit slower then usual so they could keep up. The calves are quite ready to start leaping out of the water like the adults do but its is great to watch them learning and we have a feeling Sonic in particylar might grow up to be a great jumper he is always trying new things and doing little jumps.
